The Overview

One kitchen, designed and built by one team.

About Dreamline
The kitchen is the hardest-working room in the house — and the one you look at every single day. It’s worth getting right the first time.

When the cabinets, counters, appliances, lighting and plumbing are handed to different people, the gaps between them become your problem — finishes that don’t match, a stalled schedule, and no one who owns the result. We handle the kitchen as one project: a layout designed around how you actually cook, selections that work together, and one person — the owner — answerable for all of it.

Many of the kitchens we work on around the Denver metro live in older homes, and that’s exactly where the surprises hide — dated wiring behind the cabinets, undersized circuits, plumbing that isn’t where you’d want it. We don’t paper over those. We open things up, show you what’s actually there, and give you the cost and options before any work moves forward. You approve every change.

What We Build

From a quick refresh to a
full gut renovation.

Most people have heard a remodeling horror story. Our job is to make sure you don’t have one.

How a Kitchen Goes

Your kitchen, run in clear steps.

However big the kitchen, the promise is the same: no surprises you didn’t approve.

STEP 01

Walkthrough & honest conversation

We walk your kitchen with you and talk through what you want to change and what’s realistic for your budget — no inflated dream-selling, no pressure.
STEP 02

Design direction & selections

We help you lock the layout and get selections decided early — cabinetry, countertops, tile and fixtures — so the project stays on schedule once it starts.
STEP 03

Detailed, itemized proposal

You get one clear scope and price for the kitchen — what’s included, what’s not, and where the real cost drivers are — before you sign anything.
STEP 04

Permits, schedule & expectations set

We pull any required permits, sequence the trades in the right order, and lay out the timeline and how we’ll communicate — including how long you’ll be without a kitchen.
STEP 05

Build, with the owner on it

Work runs through our vetted trade specialists, coordinated hands-on by the owner. One point of contact across every trade, start to finish.
STEP 06

When the walls come open

Behind old cabinets you often find dated wiring or plumbing. We stop, show you exactly what we found, explain your options and the cost, and wait for your go-ahead. You’re never surprised by a bill.
STEP 07

Final walkthrough

We go through the finished kitchen together and don’t call it done until you do.

— HOW WE DO BUSINESS
Before You Call

Kitchen questions,
answered straight.

Q.01
Can we use the kitchen during the remodel?
Mostly no — once demo starts the kitchen is out of service. We’ll give you a realistic timeline up front and tips for a temporary setup, and we work to keep that window as short as possible.
Q.02
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most run four to eight weeks once demo begins, assuming selections are finalized and materials are in. Cabinetry lead times are usually the long pole — we order early so the schedule holds.
Q.03
Do you handle design and selections?

Yes. We help you land a layout and look that fits your home and get cabinetry, countertops, tile and fixtures decided early — the single biggest thing that keeps a kitchen on schedule.

Q.04
What if you find problems once the walls are open?

On a kitchen, you often find something behind the cabinets — old wiring, plumbing, water damage. We stop, show you exactly what’s there, lay out the options and cost, and wait for your go-ahead. You approve every change.

Q.05
Who manages all the trades?

The owner — not a rotating project manager. The same person who quotes your job coordinates every trade and is your point of contact from the first walkthrough to the last.

Q.06
Custom or semi-custom cabinetry?

Both. We’ll steer you to what fits your budget and timeline — semi-custom for value and speed, full custom when the space or your storage needs call for it. Either way the install is ours.

Q.07
Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel?

If we move plumbing, gas or electrical — or take down a wall — yes, and we pull it and coordinate inspections. A like-for-like cosmetic refresh often doesn’t. We’ll tell you which yours is. We never recommend skipping permits.

Q.08
What warranty do I get?

A 1-year workmanship warranty on labor and installation. Manufacturer warranties on materials — cabinetry, appliances, fixtures — pass directly to you at completion.
