Dreamline Builders Co. is a full-service remodeling and general contracting company serving the Denver metro area.
We started this company because too many homeowners have the same story: a contractor who was hard to reach, a project that drifted off schedule, and a final bill full of surprises. We thought a remodel should feel like the opposite of that — one builder who owns the whole thing, tells you the truth, and treats your home like it matters.
So that’s how we run every job. We don’t just send a crew to swing hammers — we manage the whole project: planning, permitting, trades, and schedule, so you have one point of contact from start to finish instead of chasing six different people. The owner stays on your job, knows every trade firsthand, and is the same person who quoted it.
Older homes hold surprises, and sometimes a wall comes open and we find something nobody could have seen coming.
