The Overview

One bathroom, waterproofed and finished the right way.

About Dreamline
A bathroom is small, but it’s the room least forgiving of shortcuts. Done wrong, the damage hides behind the wall for years.

When tile, plumbing, waterproofing and fixtures are handed to different people, the gaps between them become your problem — leaks that show up a year later, finishes that don’t line up, and no one who owns the result. We handle the bath as one project: a layout that works, waterproofing done to spec, and one person — the owner — answerable for all of it.

Many of the baths we work on around the Denver metro live in older homes, and that’s exactly where the surprises hide — rotted subfloor, dated plumbing, no proper venting, past “fixes” that never addressed the water. We don’t paper over those. We open things up, show you what’s actually there, and give you the cost and options before any work moves forward. You approve every change.

How a Bathroom Goes

Your bathroom, run in clear steps.

However big the bath, the promise is the same: no surprises you didn’t approve.

STEP 01

Walkthrough & honest conversation

We walk your bathroom with you and talk through what you want to change and what’s realistic for your budget — no inflated dream-selling, no pressure.
STEP 02

Design direction & selections

We help you lock the layout and get selections decided early — tile, vanity, fixtures, lighting — so the project stays on schedule once it starts.
STEP 03

Detailed, itemized proposal

You get one clear scope and price for the bathroom — what’s included, what’s not, and where the real cost drivers are — before you sign anything.
STEP 04

Permits, schedule & expectations set

We pull any required permits, sequence the trades in the right order, and lay out the timeline and how we’ll communicate — including how long the bath will be out of service.
STEP 05

Build, with the owner on it

Work runs through our vetted trade specialists, coordinated hands-on by the owner. One point of contact across every trade, start to finish.
STEP 06

When the walls come open

Behind old tile you often find water damage, rot or dated plumbing. We stop, show you exactly what we found, explain your options and the cost, and wait for your go-ahead. You’re never surprised by a bill.
STEP 07

Final walkthrough

We go through the finished bathroom together and don’t call it done until you do.

— HOW WE DO BUSINESS
Before You Call

Bathroom questions,
answered straight.

Q.01
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most run two to four weeks once demo begins, assuming selections are final and materials are in. Custom tile, glass and vanity lead times are the usual long poles — we order early so the schedule holds.
Q.02
Will you move the layout — toilet, shower, tub?
Yes, when it’s worth it. Moving plumbing costs more, so we’ll tell you honestly when a new layout earns its keep and when you’re better off keeping fixtures where they are.
Q.03
Do you handle design and selections?

Yes. We help you land a layout and look that fits your home and get tile, vanity, fixtures and lighting decided early — the single biggest thing that keeps a bathroom on schedule.

Q.04
What if you find water damage once the tile is off?

On a bath you often do — rotted subfloor, leaks, dated plumbing. We stop, show you exactly what’s there, lay out the options and cost, and wait for your go-ahead. You approve every change.

Q.05
How do you handle waterproofing?

To spec, every time — proper membranes, slopes and sealing behind the tile. It’s the part of a bath that fails when it’s rushed, so it’s the part we never rush. It’s also why we don’t recommend the cheapest shortcut.

Q.06
Can you do an accessible or aging-in-place bath?

Yes — curbless showers, grab-bar blocking, comfort-height fixtures and slip-resistant tile. Tell us what you need now and what you’re planning for, and we’ll build it in.

Q.07
Do I need a permit for a bathroom remodel?

If we move plumbing or electrical — or alter the layout — yes, and we pull it and coordinate inspections. A like-for-like cosmetic refresh often doesn’t. We’ll tell you which yours is. We never recommend skipping permits.

Q.08
What warranty do I get?

A 1-year workmanship warranty on labor and installation. Manufacturer warranties on materials — fixtures, glass, vanities — pass directly to you at completion.
