The Overview

One house, one plan, one builder accountable.

About Dreamline
A whole-home remodel is the biggest project most homeowners ever take on. Done right, it shouldn’t feel like juggling six separate jobs at once.

When you bring in different contractors for the kitchen, the bathrooms, the flooring and the electrical, the gaps between them become your problem — mismatched finishes, finger-pointing on the schedule, and no one who owns the whole picture. We handle it as a single project: one design intent carried through every room, one trade schedule that’s actually sequenced right, and one person — the owner — answerable for all of it.

Many of the homes we work on around the Denver metro are older, and a whole-home is exactly where the surprises live — old wiring, undersized panels, knob-and-tube, settling, layers of past “fixes.” We don’t paper over those. We open things up, show you what’s actually there, and give you the cost and options before any work moves forward. You approve every change.

One Cohesive Design

Finishes and flow that read as one home, not six projects.

Sequenced Correctly
Trades scheduled in the right order so nothing gets redone.
Older-Home Ready
We expect the surprises older Denver homes hold — and price them honestly.

Top to bottom, by one team

Layout, kitchen, baths, finishes and systems — coordinated under one roof.

What We Build

From a single bathroom to a
ground-up build.

Most people have heard a remodeling horror story. Our job is to make sure you don’t have one.

01

Kitchen

The center of the project — built to last and to gather around.

02

Bathrooms

Primary and secondary baths, waterproofed and finished right.

03

Layout & Living Spaces

Opening up closed plans so the house lives the way you do.

04

Structural

The work behind the walls that makes the rest possible.

05

Systems

Bringing older homes up to how we live today.

06

Finishes & Exterior

The details that tie every room into one home.

How a Whole-Home Goes

A big project, run in clear steps.

The scale is bigger, but the promise is the same: no surprises you didn’t approve.

STEP 01

Walkthrough & honest conversation

We walk the whole house with you, room by room, and talk through what you want to change and what’s realistic for your budget — no inflated dream-selling, no pressure.
STEP 02

Design direction & selections

We help you lock a cohesive look across every room and get selections decided early — finishes, fixtures, flooring — so the whole project stays on schedule once it starts.
STEP 03

Detailed, itemized proposal

You get one clear scope and price for the entire home — what’s included, what’s not, and where the real cost drivers are — before you sign anything.
STEP 04

Permits, schedule & expectations set

We pull the required permits, sequence the trades in the right order, and lay out the timeline and how we’ll communicate — including whether you’ll stay in the home or phase the work.
STEP 05

Build, with the owner on it

Work runs through our vetted trade specialists, coordinated hands-on by the owner. One point of contact across every room and trade, start to finish.
STEP 06

When the walls come open

On a whole-home it almost always happens somewhere. We stop, show you exactly what we found, explain your options and the cost, and wait for your go-ahead. You’re never surprised by a bill.
STEP 07

Final walkthrough

We go through the entire home together and don’t call it done until you do.

— HOW WE DO BUSINESS
Before You Call

Whole-home questions,
answered straight.

Q.01
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
Sometimes, depending on scope. For a full gut it’s usually safer and faster to move out, or to phase the work so you keep a working kitchen and bath. We’ll lay out the realistic options before we start — not after.
Q.02
Can the work be phased to spread out cost?
Often, yes. We can sequence a whole-home in stages — main level first, then upstairs, for example — so it fits your budget and life. We’ll plan it so earlier phases don’t get torn back up by later ones.
Q.03
Do you handle design and selections?

Yes. We help you land a cohesive look across the whole home and get finishes, fixtures and materials decided early — the single biggest thing that keeps a large project on schedule.

Q.04
What if you find problems once the walls are open?

On a whole-home, you almost always find something — old wiring, plumbing, framing. We stop, show you exactly what’s there, lay out the options and cost, and wait for your go-ahead. You approve every change.

Q.05
Who manages all the trades?

The owner — not a rotating project manager. The same person who quotes your job coordinates every trade and is your point of contact from the first walkthrough to the last.

Q.06
How long does a whole-home take?

Most run three to six months with permits in hand and selections finalized early. Larger homes, structural changes, and additions push that longer — we’ll give you a realistic schedule, not a hopeful one.

Q.07
Do you pull permits and handle inspections?

Yes. We pull every required city and county permit and coordinate all inspections. On a whole-home that’s a lot of paperwork — it’s ours to manage, not yours. We never recommend skipping permits.

Q.08
What warranty do I get?

A 1-year workmanship warranty on labor and installation across the whole project. Manufacturer warranties on materials — cabinetry, windows, fixtures — pass directly to you at completion.
